The following information is provided to help answer the most common questions about the Professional Series Database CD-ROMS.

• What is the source of the data for the Professional Series databases and how accurate is it? Does PerCon collect and maintain their own database?

  A. The Professional Series databases is created using data directly from the FCC. We use the FCC's Master Frequency File. PerCon does not edited or change the data in any way and the data is provided exactly as it appears in the FCC's database. Because the data is an exact copy of what the FCC has in their system, the data should be 100% accurate, provided that the data the FCC has is correct. PerCon processes the FCC's data into a format which is compatible with the Professional Series search program.

• Q. Do the Professional Series databases contain data for places outside the US?

  A. No. Only data for the US is currently available as part of the Professional Series.

• Q. Is the data found on the Professional Series CD-ROMS available online?

  A. Yes. Our DataLinks online service does allow customers to access the FCC Master Frequency File as well as other databases online via the internet. Please see out DataLinks product info for more infomation.

• Q. When I buy a Professional Series CD-ROM, do I get any updates?

  A. No. The cost of any Professional Series CD-ROM is the single issue price unless otherwise stated.

• Q. Can I distribute data found on the CD-ROM?
